Selection procedure

We asses every application based on education, work experience, skills and of course your motivation. We will let you know within two days if we decide to invite you for an interview.


During the interview, we go over your CV together. We go more deeply into your work experience and level of expertise. We would also like to hear what you think are important features for an employer. If there is a positive connection, we invite you for a second interview.

Second interview

During the second interview we get into our terms of employment and training possibilities. If both parties are still interested, we will offer you a position.


Within two days after the second interview you will receive our offer via regular mail. If you agree, we will invite you to sign the contract at our office.
